The cabinet shall have a suitable openings for a fresh air intake and an adjustable exhaust part. The top of the cabinet shall have a suitable opening for the insertion of a glass thermometer.
Shall include a hinged steel door with a handle. The door shall be designed and constructed to make a tight and secure fit with the cabinet housing during closure.
Shall have door and cabinet walls designed and constructed or reinforced so that no “oil canning” effect is present. The inner walls of the chamber shall be insulated with non-release and non-combustible material. The insulating material shall be installed in either of the following methods.
a. Installed between a double wall chamber housing that may be supplied.
b. Installed in the form of sheeting material that is secured to the interior walls of the chamber housing.
The insulating material that may be supplied within a double wall type construction shall be of sufficient density to prevent settling and powdering. The construction of the chamber walls (for double wall construction) shall prevent infiltration of any moisture from the chamber to the insulation, or the infiltration of insulation into the chamber. The insulation sheeting, that may be supplied for single wall housing construction, shall be durable without evidence of or tendency to rot, rust, crack or chip.
Shall be supplied with at least two (2) removable metal shelves that are suitably protected against corrosion. The height of a shelf within the chamber walls shall be adjustable in at least five (5) positions. The shelves shall be supported by brackets or runners that are securely attached to the two (2) opposite walls in the chamber.
Shall be suppli3ed with a thermometer for measuring the temperature within the chamber. The thermometer shall be top mounted and partially inserted into the chamber. The thermometer shall be capable of being secured to the oven housing to a depth where it can be easily read without having to be removed, or having to open the cabinet door. The thermometer shall have a range that includes 0 to +250 degrees (C) with at least 2 degree (C) increments.
Shall have all metal surfaces and hardware suitably protected against corrosion.
Shall be supplied with a terminal box for use on 120 volt supply lines.
